Youth Leadership Program

Global Share Support Youth Association (GSSYA) is a registered Canadian charity and non-profit organization founded in 2019 with over 2,000 volunteers. We empower youth and their families worldwide by providing free events, programs, and clubs to support this community. Our programs are dedicated to youth aged 15 to 29 and include art exhibitions, community clubs, mental health services, international exchanges, tutoring services, and volunteer opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Program Highlights:

By leveraging the Art4Earth project, youth leaders will gain hands-on experience in project planning, design, management, and delivery. As leaders in this project, they will have the opportunity to develop and practice their skills through various roles. All activities are driven by young people, ensuring their involvement in every aspect of the project. Youth leaders can enhance their leadership skills by participating in diverse teams, such as social media, project management, finance, administration, and human resources. This comprehensive involvement helps them build practical skills and refine their leadership abilities.

Youth leaders are responsible for preparing and managing projects, making independent decisions without external interference. This autonomy provides them with a valuable opportunity to enhance their leadership skills. With the support of other volunteers, youth leaders can fully engage in the project’s planning, execution, and evaluation. This collaborative environment not only helps them gain practical experience but also strengthens their ability to lead effectively, make strategic decisions, and manage various aspects of the project independently.

Join us to make a meaningful impact through art while developing essential leadership skills for a sustainable future.
